What I'd say is that you answered the question he actually asked,
while I answered the question he meant to ask :-).  (I did say that he
couldn't run two applications on the same port, but I also described
how he could set up another web application.)  From the way he asked
the question it was apparent that he was confused on some points, so I
didn't take his question literally.
