This is a non-sensical thread, since most people don't remember such mundane things.
I would point out to the list (as long as I'm taking up bandwidth :-) ) that you can set your subscription to "nomail" by sending "set <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> nomail" to the list's request address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]). This will reduce the annoying chatter for other users, and will at the same time keep your mailbox from getting flooded with email while you are gone. Setting "mail" simply restores you to the list.
