Eric,

You are completely right, of course.  But what's that old adage about if
you reach one person..? Some people might remember if they realised that
their mail server didn't filter out mailing lists from auto-responses.
Of course, by posting this response I realise I am at fault for creating
more clutter.. =)

Thanks for the info about nomail/mail subscription.
