Since we've been doing a lot of testing in our "live" environment (yes, I know this isn't ideal but it's my reality) I wanted to clean up a bunch of test incidents and service requests. Is there any way to completely purge IR's or SR's are are you stuck with simply cancelling and/or closing them?
