Hi. I ran into this problem, on a new and fress SCSM 2012 SP1 installment
Wen trying to add a new ad connector, I was getting errors telling me that the account was wrong, wen trying to get ad data out of a another domain then the server domain, more investigation reveled that, on the domain controller of the requested domain, I was getting security warnings, [http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/getfile/297396] As you see there is no domain name with the account, and there for it will fail on all domain accept, the users own domain. This include the workflow and service account I dit som more testing on a scsm setup there was updated to SP1 from RTM, an here the original workflow and service accounts does provide the domain name, but run as accounts created after sp1 upgrade missing this information (domain name) /Kristoffer
