Hi, this is possible with an SCO runbook - but not with the default activities as they do not allow to filter on relationship changes. You can do it in PowerShell with CMDlets but be aware of some problems with loading the SMlets in Orchestrator.

I've not created any runbooks against SCSM, so I won't be any help on specifics. I want this <RelationshipSubscription RelType="$MPElement[Name='WorkItem!System.WorkItemAssignedToUser']$" SourceType="$MPElement[Name='CoreActivity!System.WorkItem.Activity']$" TargetType="$MPElement[Name='System!System.Domain.User']$"> <AddRelationship /> </RelationshipSubscription> + I want it to also check for Status to be In progress. If it's not in progress, I don't want it to send email. So basically i only want an email send when there is a ADD Relationship + that the manual activity is in progress. Can anyone help me with the Subcription criteria? Thanks
