On SCSM 2010 we are using a MP created by a third party that sent email notifications to the assigned to user on assignment and reassignment or work items. Today it just stopped working and so far I have not been able find a reason for the failure. I tested the email channel, it works. Email templates are there. The workflows say they are succeeding.
I was going to try reimporting the MP but I can't find it on the server. So I thought well that's fine I'll just download it again, but I have found only one site that has it and I can't get it to download. http://scsmsource.blogspot.com/2011/04/work-item-assignmentreassignment.html Did anyone else use this MP and maybe still have the xml? Does anyone know another site I can download it from?
