I'm looking into starting up a small consulting business with a few colleagues. So far, we have people with experience in networks (cisco) and PC support. I'm looking to add in server side support, administration, and helpdesk support tools.
This is a small business venture and my first so I'd like to hear opinions about what to look out for, opinions on figuring out a price point, contract stuff, or any other advice you might have. SCCM/SCSM are my strong points along with active directory, IIS, SQL, SSRS, SSAS administration. Thanks! --Allen
