Not much use in sorting out all the other stuff until you figure out where you are going to get cash paying customers from. Seen a lot of people do what they anticipate 2 through 1 million will be, and then never get step 1 accomplished. Save yourself some time and do step 1 first. So far, we have people with experience in networks (cisco) and PC support. I'm looking to add in server side support, administration, and helpdesk support tools. This is a small business venture and my first so I'd like to hear opinions about what to look out for, opinions on figuring out a price point, contract stuff, or any other advice you might have.
