Hey there, I'm doing some performance testing on an application that, in part, uses the SCOM/SCSM API to create service requests and other objects. I see several OpsMgr counters on the SCSM Management server but when I run my tests and create SRs and other objects, I don't see any activity on these counters. Are there other counters we should be looking at for how SCSM itself is performing? I'm most interested in seeing request queues and workflow queues.
The images below show the counters on the service manager management server and the ones I thought would be most interesting, but are always 0. Maybe I just don't understand what these counters are supposed to be showing. Any help would be much appreciated.
