Thanks. :-)

I was hoping I could do it without having to create an additional class
extension or field on the form and just get it to map directly under the
Incident Classification.

If I were to create the query in the RO and then export the MP would it be
possible to change the "equals" in the XML to "contains" and then see a list
of incident classifications under for example "Software"? so if I had a series
applications listed under "Application Issue" and under that I had "Software"
then I would only see the list of apps under the software incident
classification category?

Maybe this is helpful:

Subject: [servman] limit drop down options in incident

I was trying to figure out a way to have users select a limited sub select from
the Incident Classification drop down list so that if they went to the portal
to submit an application incident
they could chose from a list of software application that are in the Incident
Classification drop down instead of seeing the entire list of classifications.
I tried configuring a Query in the Request Offering and limiting it to just
Software list but that's
 not working out.

Has anyone done this or worked around an issue like this?

Thanks,

Danny
