If there are certain properties you want to track the changes for you can 
create a Fact about them in the DW. It's not easy but it can be done.  All XML, 
no tools.  Check out the reporting/DW presentations I've done on the Microsoft 
Virtual Academy for the details.

Not really.  Some property history is recorded in the DW like Status, Assigned 
to, etc. but not every property value change.
