You need to ensure that all of the DW jobs are running successful, once they have all run in the correct order you should see data in the DWDatamart DB. This blog post explains the order and has a script that you can use to kick off the jobs. http://blogs.technet.com/b/mihai/archive/2013/07/03/resetting-and-running-the-service-manager-data-warehouse-jobs-separately.aspx if one of the jobs are stuck you can use the get-scdwjobmodule cmdlet to find the job module that is holding up the processing.
