Mine has been working fine on W2K Server on an Intel
L440GX+ with dual PIII550/512K with 256Megs of
PC133/CL2. There was one hiccup where there was an
exception when they both closed. I had to reset SETI
but nothing on the server seemed affected.

P.S. I had that same problem on W2K pro on that box
constantly, but it has only cropped up once in two
weeks on the same set-up under W2K Server.
