seti on my server...

Does Seti use any particular port to send and receive data??  I'm trying to 
setup Seti on a DELL Poweredge 4400 and it can't connect to get any 
data.  I've tested the internet connection and that seems to be working 
fine.  Anyone have any suggestions??  Thanks.
