Thanks for the response Karl. I don't think my issue is related to that. I'm having no issues with zeo_service install - it sets it up just fine in windows services. STARTING the service on the other hand immediately yields an error.
Also note that this exact same codebase is being used successfully on a windows 2003 SP1 test box, with services and all.
