The "chown" portion of the part name is a historical leftover. In 3.x chown
was actually used to create some privilege separations that are no longer
possible when zeo and the clients must share blobs. Now, this part is mainly
concerned with setting rights.

The section that contains "sudo -u plone" is only used (IIRC) when righting
out the initial documentation. The user id is set by some fixups done by the
installer.
