Jorge, I think the README we're reading is a bit outdated. Probably it
refers to a moment when the sextante_arcgis.zip was not present. It seems to
me that this latter .zip is a self-contained bundle with all the
requirements for the ArcGIS integration.

I hope Victor will help us in shed some light on this...
