right?

Keep in mind, the current OVS release of 2.9.0 there is a major bug [1]
that breaks groups. The fix has been upstreamed, but a new OVS has not been
released. If you are building OVS locally then we can include the fix, or
maybe by the time you are testing maybe a new ovs will be out.
