I'm not sure, what do you mean with "ALSA plug-in" - In Twinkle I'm using for ringing pulse server and for VoIP audio in/out direct access ALSA card (2.), which is disabled in PulseAudio (so no conflict). Another reference app beyond Twinkle I don't use. But Twinkle works very well (just the call recording is missing). And the audio setting lets set no just "audio card", but even specific <pcm> defined in .asoundrc (I'm not using that). > > I uninstalled pulseaudio once and tested with alsa > only.
