Hi, I just included this functionality in our task manager and should be available soon. This is a great feature which could be coupled with an Auto-answering mode.
I saw in asterisk documentation that there is several way to achieve this, Ringer Off, Busy Mode, or even Mixed Mode. Do you have any experience with it? Which implementation is the most used/convenient?
