Hello, all. I have just installed a test of sflphone-client-gnome_0.9.12~ppa2~karmic_amd64.deb to run on Debian inside an X2Go desktop (www.x2go.org) running in a Linux-VServer guest where the only sound device is the pulse audio sound device which points to the sound card on a remote network connection.
Whenever we try to access preferences, we get a segfault: (sflphone-client-gnome:7864): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_list_store_get_value: assertion `VALID_ITER (iter, list_store)' failed (sflphone-client-gnome:7864): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: /build/buildd/glib2.0-2.24.1/gobject/gtype.c:4177: type id `0' is invalid (sflphone-client-gnome:7864): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: can't peek value table for type `<invalid>' which is not currently referenced Segmentation fault This looks like a closed bug: https://projects.savoirfairelinux.com/issues/3783 so I registered and logged in but, when I try to navigate to that bug, I'm told I'm not authorized. Is there a fix? A workaround? I'm delighted to have found sflphone. I was a very happy twinklephone user but, since our X2Go desktops only have pulse, their refusal to support pulse makes them unusable. We are a KDE shop (actually Trinity - http://trinity.pearsoncomputing.net) but I could not find the KDE client. Is one still available?
