0.9.12.

Hello, first i want to thank a beautiful and functional application. The  
minor problem that becomes huge when you are setting up an outbound call  
center is that when you need to hold the call to call a suprevisor the call  
stayed on hold and won't come back ruining the moment and making necesary to  
call again. This is very bad for sales, but i didn't find any info about this  
on the forums or anything, so i'm wondering if maybe we are the only ones  
experiencing this problem.

Info about the client and system: we are using ubuntu terminals running the  
gnome-client version 0.9.12
we are connected to an asterisk service on a Debian Gateway server. Using  
ulaw codec, and we normally use the recording function.
