Hi Phil, From what I can see, the daemon seems to not being able to open up a channel to your camera for a reason we can't figure out without more output. Maybe try another camera.
Be advised that SFLphone is no longer being developed, since we now have moved the project to Ring. It is based on SFLphone but we revamped a lot of things.
