Care to expand on that, such as where to get it?

Hi,
I too installed SGD 4.20.959 I did not change the port and had no connectivity problem.
I am working on sparc architecture with solaris 10 installed on it. The problem was a tarantella process ttaxpe owned by ttasys was eating up the CPU processing. I could not find any solution to it. And had to revert back to SGD 4.20.909
In which case I have to pay the heavy cost of memory usage.
Any pointers in this direction would be of great help.

hello all,

i have a strange network problem (no network at all) after installing
SGD 4.20.959 on one of my machines (an hp box running Solaris 10
x86 1/06).
i have installed the "Base component" and the SGD "Security Pack".
the
installation was done in the global zone. the only value that i
have
changed is the web server port (i used 8088 - the port was free).
there
were no error messages during the installation and the log files
showed
no problems.
the problem showed ~15 minutes after successful installation when
i lost
connectivity to the machine. i went to the office to check what
the
problem is - the machine was running, the network interface was
"UP" but
there was no connectivity to/from the machine. system logs showed
no
problem - only scheduled cron jobs were feeling disappointed that
they
can't reach their desired destinations.
using the rc scripts i stopped the SGD Server and the SGD Web
server...
and network connectivity was restored immediately. this is strange.
i started SGD services again and the machine was working ok....
went
back home - i had time to login just once to SGD and the machine
disappeared...

this is very frustrating. i have previously installed SGD 4.20.909
on
the same machine but had to remove it due to lack of memory... now
i
have  enough memory... but strangely no connectivity :)

any help will be appreciated :)

greetings,

Stoyan Angelov
