Yes, after adding another entry "sgd-01.esuria.com" in my DNS, it works fine.

Are you saying that just using "sgd-01" didn't work but "sgd-01.esuria.com" did? If so it seems the moral of the story is to ensure that all the servers involved use FQDNs (Fully Qualified Domain Names).
