Schema wise, SGD only cares that the attributes it searches for exist in your schema and your person objects use these, as per this doc: http://docs.sun.com/source/819-6255/ldap_login_fail.html

Specifically:
  • their full name (common name or cn);
  • their uid;
  • their e-mail address; or
  • their SAM account name.


As for saving users in two databases (I assuming you mean LDAP and SGD ENS?).. that shouldn't be required at all.. but I think I'm not understanding that part of your question :)
