In the past I have had some problems with seamless windows as well
and ended up with reinstalling the Enhancement Module. Only the
reinstallation did not went completly ok and I saw the ttatdm.exe
twice in my TaskManager.
One thing you can take a look at is the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Terminal Server\Wds\rdpwd
There should be an entry 'StartupPrograms' with the value:
rdpclip,C:\Program Files\Tarantella\Enhancement Module\ttatdm.exe
/i,C:\Program Files\Tarantella\Enhancement Module\ttaswm.exe
When the Enhancement module is uninstalled the value should be: rdpclip
This is just something to check, but I think it is ok.
An other problem we had with Seamless Windows are some very strange
graphics which killed the emulator session. In our case this was a
vertical sentence in a Word document. Every time we did a scroll
movement of the document and the vertical sentence should be visable
the emulator session was killed.
Is there something strange visible on your screen during the logon process ?

Yes. Acts the same from both Windows and Solaris.
