Hi,
some days ago, I received two QLogic ISP2200, and today I got a HSSDC
cable to actually make use of my harddrives in my origin 3000. When I
try to install, at the stage of downloading base47.tar.gz, at some point
between 60% and 90% the installation stalls, and I see lots of the
messages below:

until I Ctrl-C the installation.
I tried it with both cards, but I ran into the same problem.
Right now I switch back to boot from tftp/USB stick as before ;)
With this setup disk access was slow, but worked fine.
I have two 18GB FC disks in the box, sd0 as the main system disk, I
chose the automatically suggested partitons, and sd1 mounted on
/usr/ports. Formatting the disks after partitioning was no problem.
sd2 is just the USB stick still plugged in.
Is this something known, is there something in the L1 controller I
should check or anything else I could do?
below a a dmesg from the ramdisk:
cheers,
Sebastian
Initial setup done, switching console.
