Are you using the form 'http://192.168.0.1:8080'?  IE needs the http:// in
front, in Netscape, you can leave that part off.  When you built the disks,
did you select both the internal & external web interface to be turned on?
I think by default it's off. 

When I connect, the first thing I get is a dialog box for the admin user id
and password.
