Try something for me. . .
Set up STN -WITHOUT- using STN's internal DNS support, and manually set
up your local computers to use the DNS server at your ISP. The X.X.X.X
ignored message bothers me. . . I have fussed with this too - and if
DNS is not set right (or gets screwed) you might as well go home as
nothing works worth a damn.
Here (in summary) is how -MY- system is set up:
I have my STN box set up as a simple gateway (no DHCP, no DNS)
I have my boxes internal hard-coded to the DNS servers of my provider,
and the "default gateway" for the internal boxes is the STN box.

Are you using DHCP on the -INTERNAL- network? If you are, you have to
set the default gateway "setting" in the DHCP table on your DHCP server
to point to the STN box. (hard coding does not work when you use DHCP,
as the DHCP settings overwrite the hard coded settings) If you are, and
you're using NT4.0 server for DHCP let me know & I will tell you what
settings you have to change.
