I have Cox@Home and it works fine.  As for support from Cox@Home for this 
product there is no way that a company can train employees to support every 
software application. Being a technical support person myself I enjoy 
resolving customers issues but the  problem is that they tend to call back 
with every little problem expecting help.  Thus causing valid service issues 
to wait.
