[ShareTheNet] Boot Failed

Hello,

I am getting a boot failed message from ShareTheNet on my 386dx40 with
20meg of ram, NE2000 compatible NIC and modem configuration.  The
message is:

Loading initrd.gz....Boot failed

I've tried making a bare bones disk, but no luck.  How can I get around
this?
