Please, let's try to keep the messages on this list
positive. I can't think of a reason to put someone down,
even if they are not understanding what has been said before
in the list archives. For one thing, there is no search
facility, so this can make life a little more difficult. If
for some reason someone feels they cannot abide by this,
then please take your grudge offline from the list.
To answer your question specifically, I am the only person
on this list who speaks for SoftwareSuperStore.com, the
people who put ShareTheNet together. If at some point we
hire someone else to do support, then I will introduce that
person as a representative of SoftwareSuperStore.com.
