I have tried a PnP PCI modem too but it just cannot be recognise by STN, it
could be that the modem require to be run under window 9x enviroment to
enable the port. Try hardware modem with jumpers, if no jumpers setting for
the irq and comm port then you better forget it.
Then again I could be wrong if anyone out there able to make PCI modem to
work with STN, please let me know too, it will be a great improvement.
