Just got an e-mail from David regarding his "NICs do not seem to initialize" problem. My suggestion to drop the IOBase and set the IRQ to AUTO on his 3Com card worked. The reason I am posting this is that I think it is important, that when we e-mail each other directly with solutions that work, we should post those solutions as well - not just the problems. I see threads dissappear and maybe it's because a solution was found and there's no longer a need to post. But if we don't post those solutions we really do a disservice to one another. Question: Why do we always find what we are looking for in the last place we look? Answer: Because after we find it we don't look in anymore places. Thanks to all and keep sharing.
