I've been running ICQ version 98a Beta, DII 1.26, with STN 2.13
with a dialup 56K connection and have been having no problems. Other
than that it keeps the STN connection alive because it keeps sending
packets out. I have to turn off ICQ to get STN to shut down. I have
only two users in my list.
