I'm still trying to figure out what the deal is with ICQ. I
know a lot of people are having problems with STN 2.1.3 and
STN. I also know 2.1.0 works, unfortunately, I can't seem
to get the same error to happen here. Once I do, the fix
should be relatively simple. Please realize that 2.1.3 is a
better version than 2.1.0. It did fix a number of bugs,
it's just that ICQ doesn't work with it. As soon as I have
a reproducible case, I'll have a new version to fix it.
