All my DHCP fields are blank...and it works. Its been my experience that if
you don't get an IP address after the point where it starts counting up, then
your probably not going to and have to reboot to try again.

I think you should see activity on the external interface. You should also
see activity on the cable modem.

Does it show up correctly? I had a problem with an ISA card where STN found
it, but it turned out that I needed to run the card's setup program to turn on
its NE2k emulation mode.

The RoadRunner logon takes place after DHCP....you need an IP address to
logon.
