[ShareTheNet] Timeout not working

I finally upgraded to the latest version (2.1.3), but now the timeout
setting seems to be ignored. No matter what I set it to, ShareTheNet never
times out and hangs up the connection even after hours of inactivity.

Anyone have any suggestions?
