Sounds like its pretty good. We don’t need XLINQ or DLINQ etc.. just base
raw LINQ. Once you learn LINQ fully, its really hard to go back to the old
way. Kind of like going from OOP to structured. Sure you can do it, but you
don’t unless you have to.

LINQ is a lot more than it looks, and while a few samples look cool, its
different once you fully "switch it on". Its also neat cuz its all compiler
stuff, no IL changes.

Any ETA? Even though Im pretty reliant on VS, I fully want to make sure our
stuff runs in Mono and on Linux. Although with the compiler part Im a bit
more leading edge, because those working on kernel just want a bin they can
use.. don’t care as much if they can bulid it itself, or if that is at least
delayed for a bit. Heck, IIRC we cant build at all right now. :)

Ok.

Yes Ive been following that. I put some pretty complimentary blogs up about
Silverlight. My blog is pretty well read, including by many at Microsoft and
the Silverlight team

Yeah, I need to play again. Just a matter of time. :)
