Yes, absolutely. I made it clear it was SharpOS choice - I just wanted something clear which prior to that it was not a fixed license per se. Matthijs so far has done all the grunt work - I've been travelling but Ive been doing the architecture and leading him where to go etc. But now my time is freed up for the coming months so Im diving into code again.
