Ooops - I didn't explain correctly. I know that MD should work with '*.cs' and '**\*.cs' entries. I've just posted it as workaround for those who use MD for development like me (editing in MD, building with nant anyways). It's easier to change all .csproj-s with script after checkout than doing it manually.
