What you could do is:

Hardware.Interfaces.Level1.IVGADriver
Hardware.Interfaces.Level2.IVGADriver : Level1.IVGADriver
Hardware.Interfaces.Level3.IVGADriver : Level2.IVGADriver

And so forth.
