I second this, and also recommend a large oil to air cooler. Might also switch to a different oil. I used Shell Rotella T (15w40) oil for diesel equipment, and noticed lower temps, and more stable oil pressure than Mobil 1 (any flavor) in hot weather. It will need to be changed at or before 3000 miles, where you might get away with more miles with M1.
