I am no Shelby Dakota expert by any means, but I agree
that it is a Shelby clone vehicle.  The VIN matches a
3.9L powerplant.  I wonder if the rest of the body
panels had VIN stickers on them??  But, the weird
thing is the emissions label showing a 5.9L engine. 
Thats weird.  Dakotas never came with that until the
late 1990's at the earliest in the Dakota R/Ts.  That
label must have been put there as well off of a RAM or
Diplomat or something to that sort.

Expensive to clone a vehicle, but not impossible. 
Some people out there have a lot of money to blow.  I
wish I had that problem.
