Hi, I'm ramping up for getting my 86 GLH-T back on the road. I'd like to get it to 300HP. What is the current state-of-the-art recipe for 300HP?
Standard T2 turbo or super 60? Which intercooler? G valve or computer? Extra injectors? Rising rate regulator? I'd like to run on 93 octane. Any and all advice is appreciated. I'm currently planning on using a G head with a 3 angle valve job. Since it's an 86 engine I understand this will drop my compression ratio. This is good and bad. Good for more boost but bad for responsiveness. What would a good compression ratio be for this? I have a 90 VNT engine but I was hoping not to have to use it just yet. I have to get this car going!
