They are all compatible.

You can also use the newer style PT cruiser lash adjusters if you get a spacer washer for them. They are a hair shorter than the 8V lifters but if you just shim them with a hardware store washer they work perfectly.

They are actually a better lifter because they don't overpump with oil at higher RPMs due to a release hole in their tip.

They are easily identifiable due to the hole in the tip of the adjuster. I think they came on '01 and newer PTs.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew if the "lifters" are the same on a roller 
cam engine versus a solid rocker cam engine. I have a 89 turbo 2.2 making excessive valve 
train noise at idle but once the idle is increased just a bit, it goes away and remains 
quiet until it idles back down again. the engine has 144,000 on it runs like a top. its 
just its embarrassing to hear this noise while sitting at idle. I was thinking maybe
