Ive done them in about 45mins a side, I've used a slide hammer to pull the hub out, but I've never had the bearing coming out with the hub, so end up having to press them out with a shop press or using a hammer and chisel to cut the race out of the knuckle. I bought the Harbor freight FWD bearing adapters and it helps to install them. But I have not found any way to pull the hub with it, if you can get the hub out, the HF kit does allow you to push the bearing and race out of the knuckle and back. But I've always had to remove the knuckle from the car in any case. So alignment is needed after the job is done..
