yes, sure it's possible to go faster; just change the sampling interval
from 5 to 2 milliseconds. you can also consider modifying the packet
size to contain multiple samples and mitigate the rf (and bus) over head
by sending many samples sets in a single packet.
bear in mind that conventional kinematics measurement practice holds
that most of the data you'll collect at this speed may look like noise...
